The Brief
Strada Handbuilt Wheels source, import, hand-build and then sell high quality carbon and alloy wheels for sporting cyclists. Strada has a sharp focus on good customer service and a high level of technical knowledge. Jon at Strada wanted to totally re-design and re-build his existing WordPress blog and integrate a sophisticated shop that could safely handle credit card payments using SSL security.
The Challenges
Most of the demands on this project came from adding a high level of customisation to the ‘Shopp’ eCommerce system – particularly in setting up and testing the SSL security. The client also wanted a dynamic slideshow and twitter feed on his home page. We strived to make the whole site – shop, blog and static pages – feel like part of a whole and not disparate elements.
